What a failure means
Static research available + API unavailable: published evidence is still readable; live checks may fail temporarily.
AI watcher needs attention: one or more monitored official sources failed their last fetch. That does not automatically change an AI Trust conclusion.
Sale history watch delayed: queued listings are substantially past their target recheck time. A current Sale Checker result can still work, but background history may be growing more slowly.
Evidence maintenance delayed: the main source-monitoring loop has failures or substantially overdue sources. Published research remains readable, but freshness may lag until the next successful checks.
No result from a tool: never treat a technical failure as a favorable verdict.
